At Iosa Construction
we hold a strong belief in giving back to and being good stewards in our community. We were given the opportunity
to do both during a trip to a Young Life camp at Southwind located in Ocklawaha, Florida.
Al and Alex Iosa spent a week helping get the camp up and running for all of the Young Life youth ministry groups
that will be attending the camp throughout the summer. The group of helpers was given a wish list of items
to be completed to help make the camp even better for the youth to enjoy.
Alex
worked on constructing a container to house trash bins outside of one of the lodges on the camp. This was
a high priority task for the camp as they wanted to make sure that the families staying in the lodge were able to properly
and easily dispose of their trash while maintaining an esthetically pleasing look on the camp site.
Al worked on many maintenance projects throughout the week including replacing exterior siding on a lodge and ensuring
the exterior structure of many other buildings were safe and secure.
