We know that when you cut corners and try to build cheaply, quality is compromised. We want to build
the right way first, as this eliminates client frustration and the need for us to come back to the jobsite to correct the
situation.

Manner ~ “Time is of the Essence” for most of our clients. If you are a Commercial
Client we understand that you need to be in your tenant space as quickly as possible in order to open your doors and sell
your products and services. It is our goal to start and finish the project as quickly as possible for those
reasons and more.
Customer
Service Oriented ~Iosa Construction believes that Communication is vital during the construction process.
It is an integral part of our Building Process and is what sets our company apart from the rest in an industry that
known for lacking it. We are not only in constant contact with our clients by phone, we also use email
with pictures as a point of contact. This feature enhances our Customer Service to the client by allowing
conversations to be in writing and acts as a written reminder. It is also very helpful for our Commercial
and out of town clients as we are able to provide bi-weekly updates. We know that our Commercial and out
of town clients don’t have time to visit the jobsite on a regular basis to see the progress, so we take pictures regularly
of the project to allow you to see the progress that is made.
Our Subcontractors ~It
has taken Iosa Construction many years to find and obtain the Subcontractors that we are currently working with.
We feel comfortable knowing that you, as well as your project are treated with respect at all times. All
of our Subcontractors understand that we are guests while working in your Shopping Center and in your Tenant Space.
